It has been a busy but short winter at Retiro Park lodge this year. Pruning in the vineyard is already completed and the olives are well underway. Our wines are looking very smart already and the Chardonnay and Pinot Gris will be bottled shortly. We will have to wait at least until Christmas to bottle...
